Le grain du 1182C est façonné en triangles précis à l'échelle microscopique. Contrairement à un grain concassé classique, chaque pointe s'auto-affûte en cassant proprement au fil de l'usure.


Cette géométrie produit une coupe tranchante et contrôlée, sans écrasement du matériau. Moins de frottement signifie moins de chaleur transmise à la pièce.

Respectez la vitesse maximale indiquée sur le disque — généralement 80 m/s — pour éviter tout risque de rupture. Ne dépassez jamais cette limite, même brièvement.


Pour des résultats optimaux, travaillez avec un angle d'attaque de 15 à 25° par rapport à la surface. Un angle trop plat réduit l'efficacité de coupe ; trop incliné, il accélère l'usure prématurée.


Ce disque est particulièrement efficace sur :
