Description

Flexible three-dimensional structure that provides excellent conformability and allows for a very good adaptation to the most complex shapes. An alternative to wire brushes, chemical agents, and other stripping products. Molded wire structure that prevents clogging, surface contamination, and reduces the risk of corrosion. Requires little pressure to clean or strip metal surfaces. Also available in a self-service format (small packaging). Ceramic grain in an injected thermoplastic resin. Available in grits 50, 80, and 120, and in diameters: 25, 50, or 75 mm. Applications: Cleaning and stripping of paint, rust, discoloration on welds, oxidation or adhesive traces, surface contaminants, and other clogging coatings. Light deburring of mechanical parts. Materials processed: Suitable for ferrous and non-ferrous metals, certain wood surface preparations, plastics, and composites.
